Pascal brings over 35 years of real estate investing experience across most European jurisdictions.
As a managing director at Morgan Stanley, CEO of Carrefour Properties and Head of Europe at ADIA — where he oversaw a real estate portfolio in excess of €10bn — he built and led investment teams and assembled considerable portfolios of development projects.
Co-Founder
Nathan brings more than 15 years of real estate investing and investment banking experience, gained at Société Générale, Morgan Stanley and ADIA.
He has closed over €3.0bn of commercial real estate transactions in Europe, of which c. €2.0bn were development projects across the Benelux, France, the UK and Switzerland.
